Manifesting Abundance in Your Life
David prospered as King of Israel and his prosperity caused great blessing also in the house of God.
1 Chronicles 29:1-3 (ESV) And David the king said to all the assembly, Solomon my son, whom alone God has chosen, is young and inexperienced, and the work is great, for the palace will not be for man but for theLordGod.2So I have provided for the house of my God, so far as I was able, the gold for the things of gold, the silver for the things of silver, and the bronze for the things of bronze, the iron for the things of iron, and wood for the things of wood, besides great quantities of onyx and stones for setting, antimony, colored stones, all sorts of precious stones and marble. Moreover, in addition to all that I have provided for the holy house, I have a treasure of my own of gold and silver, and because of my devotion to the house of my God I give it to the house of my God:
Solomon was David’s successor and become the most prosperous man in the whole Bible.
1 Kings 9:1 So Solomon finished building the Temple of the Lord and his royal palace. Solomon finished building everything he wanted to build.
He built everything he wanted to build, wow!
Matthew 6:28-29 And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Matthew 6:33 (TPT) So above all, constantly chase after the realm of God’s kingdom and the righteousness that proceeds from him. Then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly
God wants to give us abundance of the “less important things” (material things). Real abundance comes from God, the other kind of abundance that most people are seeking is less important and causes an awful amount of trouble.
