1 1/2 Cup of Almond Flower
1/2 Cup of Coconut Flower
1 Table spoon of Xamtam Gum
1 Table spoon of Baking Powder
7 Large eggs
4 Table spoons of butter
1/3 Cup of Almond milk
Dose of refined pink salt
Start Oven on Bake at 350 F
Separate egg yokes from whites add a bit of salt and the xamtam gum to the whites and start beating the whites at low speed until they are foamy.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add half of the egg whites. Incorporate the other half gently with a spoon.
Spray coconut oil in a rectangular loaf pan and add the dough.
Put on oven for 45 minutes and BAM! It’s ready
Remove from pan when ready and cut it in slices only after it cools down. Refrigerate in a Tupperware style container…delicious
